I love Cruise Control!

This morning we took off from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and drove to a friend of Sarah’s who lives in Arkansas and visited with her for a while. Leaving Sarah’s friend’s house we drove to Little Rock to stay the night. The day’s drive wasn’t all that long but we were both tired today. I think the time changes have caught up to us. When we left California we really didn’t recognize any time changes until we were in Oklahoma City which is in the central time zone which means we essentially lost two hours.

Man, with out cruise control the trip would not be as easy as it is. Air conditioning too. The temperatures have been in the 80’s, 90’s and 100’s since we left Arizona and the humidity has been increasing as we move east.

Tonight we’re going to go to bed on local time and sleep in a extra hour to get caught up. We have another relatively short drive tomorrow to Nashville where we’re going to stay two nights so that we can see the sight or take a tour. We should be in Nashville around 3:00 local time.

No pictures from today…I’ll process them and post them tomorrow. It takes about hour to process and post both mine and Sarah’s each night and I’m tired.
