We're at the Redding hotel tonight. Had a wonderfull dip in the pool and spa. It was 112 degrees when we rolled into town today, man that is hot. Looking forward to getting home tomorrow.
We'll take off out of here around 8:00am tomorrow and head south on hwy 5. We've got about four hours of driving yet to do and then drop dad off at his hous and then head to our own. Man, I wish I had a internet capable thermostat right now so that I could turn on the A/C and have the house cooled off by the time we got there.
Once we home we'll have to unload the car of all of our luggage and misc items and then get the keys to one of the other cars and return the rental as quickly as possible. We need to have the car back before the office closes at 6pm, which should't be a problem since I expect to be at the house around 2pm.
